Returns on New Products
Unused still in the package products can be returned to Modern Arms within 14 days of the original purchase. A restocking fee may apply, return shipping is at the discretion of the customer.

Returns on Used Product
We do not offer returns on used products unless the product has malfunctioned and was not caused intentionally by the customer.

Order Cancellations
Customer orders can be cancelled anytime by accessing your User Account and selecting "Cancel Order" before the order status has been set to “shipped”. If the customer fails to notify Modern Arms of the cancellation, the product will be shipped and charged.
